The Divine Mercy in My Life

April 23, 2017 is Divine Mercy Sunday.

From the age of 17 in 1988, I was attracted to the Divine Mercy Image because of the two rays that emanate from it.

One Ray stands for the Sacrament of Baptism and the other Ray stands for the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

The Motto below the Image, Jesus, I trust in You has brought Blessings and Miracles in my Life.

While, I was studying for my Degree in Commercial Studies -- I was harassed no end by Anti-Socials.

I had to endure terrible evil at their hands.

If Today, I am not a Heroin Addict or Cocaine Addict -- It is only because of Jesus Christ The Divine Mercy.

While living in Philadelphia in the United States -- The Divine Mercy actively protected me from Criminals, Robbers, and Drug Dealers.

Jesus Christ is the Divine Mercy present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the Holy Eucharist.

He is Your Friend and Brother in more ways than one.

Say the 3.00 Prayer and Divine Mercy Chaplet at least once a week.

It brings great and untold Blessings and Miracles in one's life.

The Precious Blood and Me

I am deeply indebted to God. He is my reason for living in this turbulent world.

I am completely dependent on the Precious Blood on a moment to moment basis. The Precious Blood sanctifies me in more ways than one specially when I feel that Life is not worth living because of the turbulent nature found among humanity.

Jesus Christ and His Precious Blood is "Indispensable" to Me. The Precious Blood inspires me to live in a state of grace worthy of living.

Simply Put, I cannot live without Jesus Christ and His Precious Blood.

His Precious Blood makes me completely dependent on Jesus Christ.

The Precious Blood is my true liberty in this god forsaken world filled with seductive pleasures of every kind.

Just as One, cannot live without Air Or Water so also I as a Christian Catholic cannot live without Jesus Christ and His Sanctifying Blood.

The World would be a "Poorer" Place without Jesus Christ. The Precious Blood has an aura of indispensable sweetness around it.

The Precious Blood satiates our souls in more ways than one.

This then, is the Precious Blood in more ways than one.

Mother Mary and Me

From the age of 5, Mother Mary has been my Guide and Intercessor through the thick and thin of life.

At the age of 12, when I was suffering from a bad bout of "Whooping Cough" I appealed to Mother Mary to cure me as soon as possible.

In no time, I was miraculously cured of this ailment.

Since, I have a weak back I sometimes find it difficult or impossible to carry heavy parcels.

Mother Mary with her reassuring smile gives me confidence in more ways than one to do the job at hand.

In May 2016, when I lost my Mother -- Mother Mary proved to be my "Consoler" to the nth degree. I realized I had a "Heavenly Mother" to whom I could go to 24-7-365 when my earthly mother was no more.

The Holy Rosary which is my favourite prayer has a "Secret Charm". It simplifies the life of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Joys, the Sorrows, and the Glories of his Mother Mary and not to forget the Public Ministry of Jesus Christ vis - a -vis his Mother Mary.

It is Mother Mary's View of Jesus Christ, Her Love of Him, and Worship of Him which the Holy Rosary brings before us.

All in All, it must be said that there is no intercessor like Mother Mary.

Jesus Christ and Me

From a very young age, I was blessed to have a Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ.

To me, Jesus Christ is my Divine Redeemer and Brother in more ways than one. His constant caring nature moves me considerably.

What touched me the most about Jesus Christ is his love on the Cross when humanity had abandoned him completely. Here, we see the Man-God who was willing to shed every drop of his Precious Blood for sinful humanity and indifferent humanity. Every soul is a precious soul in the eyes of Jesus Christ.

The Divine Blood of Jesus Christ and salvation through Him saves us from eternal damnation.

Between the ages of 10-14, I was not a very religious person. But, soon after, my relationship with Jesus Christ began to assume a concrete nature. At the age of 17, I was blessed to have a personal encounter with the Risen Christ Jesus when I encountered him in the Divine Mercy at home. It was precisely at this time, that I began to also develop a personal relationship with the Sacramental Jesus Christ. I was amazed that Jesus Christ though he is the Man-God has humbled himself for eternity in the form of the Sacred Host.

The streams of Blood and Water that overflow from the Merciful Heart of Jesus showered me with graces and blessings in more ways than one. I have constantly felt the Hand of the Merciful Jesus Christ on me urging me to go on in life despite all difficulties and obstacles.

The Sacred Host to me, though small in size has vast spiritual benefits. It is precisely in the Sacred Host that Jesus Christ is present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. The Sacred Host, to me has 2 rays constantly coming out of it. These are rays of Love and Mercy. I have been promoting the Divine Mercy, as I believe the Divine Mercy has infinite power to change the world.



 

Jesus Christ and Sister Josefa Menendez

From 1919 to 1923, Jesus Christ showed himself to the Spanish Sister Josefa Menendez and gave her a great message for the world, telling her : "The Soul which eats my flesh possesses God, the Author of Life and so that soul becomes my Heaven.

Nothing can be compared with it in beauty. The Angels, admire this soul and since God is in it they prostrate themselves and adore.

"Your Soul, therefore is my Heaven and each time you receive me in the Eucharist, my grace increases in you and its beauty grows.

Again on March 7th 1923, Jesus Christ appeared to this Sister to show her the feelings He had when he instituted the Blessed Eucharist.

He said to her "My Daughter, I want to make you know what my Heart suffered in the Hour in which not being able to contain the fire which consumed me, I invented this wonder of love, the Holy Eucharist !!

Contemplating all the souls, which would have eaten this Divine Bread I saw all the coldness of so many souls !!

What suffering to my Heart !!

And, yet I remain in the Tabernacle Day and Night waiting for whoever chooses to receive Me !!

The Holy Eucharist is the Invention of Love. It is the Life and Strength of Souls, the remedy for all their weaknesses and the viaticum for their passage to eternity.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta and Eucharistic Adoration

Mother Teresa used to make a Holy Hour everyday in the presence of Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament.

All the Sisters of the Missionaries of Charity also make a daily Holy Hour as well because they find that through their daily Holy Hour their love for Jesus Christ becomes more loving, their love for each other the more understanding and their love for the poor more compassionate.

Their Holy Hour is their daily Family Prayer where they get together and pray the Holy Rosary before the exposed Blessed Sacrament for the first Half-Hour and during the second half hour they pray in silence.

Their Adoration before Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament has doubled the number of vocations to their community.

In 1963, They were making a weekly holy hour together, but it was not until 1973 when they began their daily Holy Hour that their community started to grow and blossom.

The time we spend with Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament is the best time that we will spend on earth.

Each moment that we spend with Jesus Christ will deepen our union with Him and make our soul everlastingly more glorious and beautiful in Heaven and will help to bring about an everlasting peace on earth.

When we look at the Crucifix, we understand how much Jesus Christ loved us.

When we look at the Sacred Host, we understand how much Jesus Christ loves us NOW.
